Examples of addressing the VDS info and victim support service

“Who should I turn to for help or advice on what to do?

I have been married for 8 years and have two children who are 5 and 3 years old. My husband is an alcoholic and when he is drunk he is also nervous and just fights with me and shouts at me. Petar is the boss of an employee who approached him complaining about a colleague who is harassing him by saying derogatory words, belittling and insulting him. The mistreated employee is currently on sick leave, to which he was referred by a psychiatrist who diagnosed him with stress at work.

Petar is interested in what the legal procedure is in this case and what he, as the boss, could do to resolve the situation.
