  • Conference fee is 180 EUR The information regarding canceling policy: 
    • In case of canceling of participation by 10th October, we will return the entire registration fee and full accommodation and meals costs minus the bank charges.
    • In case of canceling of participation in the period from 10th October to 31th October, we will return half of the registration fee and full accommodation and meals costs minus the bank charges.In case of canceling of participation from 31th October to 5th November, we will return full accommodation and meals costs minus the bank charges.
    • In case of cancellations after 5th November, we will not return any payments done before.
